5. Based on the personal experience, to train and cultivate young engineers.
6. To be acceptable to the temporary tasks assigned by the department leader
Education background: junior college and above
Majors: mechanic, engine and CAE analysis
Working experience: 15 years + experience on plastic intake manifold and cylinder cover;
Skill requirements:
1. To be skillful at the relevant softwares: Proe or CATIA; know how to use CAE analysis software, eg Hypermesh , ANSYS, FLUENT, Sysnoise, MOLDFLOW , etc;
2 、 Able to judge on CAE analysis report and give recommendations on how to optimize the product structure
3. to be skillful at the industry developing trend: material, product structure, and functional integration, etc.
