NVH Acoustic Package Development - NOBO

1. Responsible for vehicle, parts and material simulation analysis, provide customers with satisfactory acoustic solutions;

2. Responsible for vehicle, parts and material test work, and the acoustic package verification process of the problem countermeasures and rectification;

3. Be responsible for the improvement of simulation analysis ability and simulation precision; establish and improve the simulation analysis standard;

4 In charge of test capability improvement; the establishment and improvement of test standards for materials, parts and vehicles;

5. Responsible for the establishment and improvement of acoustic package development process;

6. Responsible for the validation and application of new materials/processes related to acoustic package;

7. Responsible for the development of NVH acoustic package

8. Acoustic package contribution analysis and target value disassembly

Education: bachelor degree or above

Major: mechanical or automotive related

Work experience: more than 8 years

Skills:

1. Have the ability of simulation analysis of vehicle and parts, and can disassemble acoustic indexes with the help of acoustic analysis software;

2. Have the ability to test the vehicle and parts, master the test methods, and be able to make the optimization plan;

3. Ability to disassemble and verify vehicle level acoustic targets, and to develop vehicle acoustic package;

4. Can do English communication;

5. Successful development experience3-5 models from NVH design simulation to product test.
