Finance Manager---Moscow

职位描述：

Conducting financial accounting and management of the Russian subsidiary, ensuring the compliance and accuracy of financial processes.
Oversee daily communication and collaboration between the Chinese and Russian finance teams.
Develop the company's annual financial plan and budget, and monitor the execution of the budget.
Manage the company's cash flow, including funding plans, cash balance management, and accounts receivable and payable management.
Handle tax declarations and payments to ensure the company's tax compliance.
Manage the company's bank account structure to ensure the security of funds and accounts.
Review accounting vouchers and approve online banking transactions to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of financial data.
Regularly compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
Cooperate with audit work and implement financial process monitoring and risk control.

职位要求：

Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field.
More than 3 years of accounting experience, with a good understanding of local financial and tax regulations in Russia.
Proficient in Russian tax law, Russian Accounting Standards (RAS).
Strong data analysis, logical thinking, and communication skills.
Russian as the working language; fluency in English is a plus.
Willingness to adapt to an overseas working environment
