Job description:
1. Formulate game UGC creator growth strategies, go-to-community strategies, and be responsible for North American and European developers' onboarding, incubation, and partnership management;
2. Take in charge of UGC game conent production and content growth operations to drive the business cold-start in NA &EU markets, through highly efficient, well organized and very innovative approaches.
3. Design and implement various ToB activitie such as product testing, GameJam and campaigns;
4. Bridge users with development team, support optimization.of product performance, use experience and regional localization."
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, over 5 years experience in game content operation.
2. Content understanding, game understanding, creator platform experience is preferred, game operation experience is preferred;
3. Meticulous logical thinking, keen user insight, user assistance understanding and data analysis capabilities, innovative grasp and curiosity;
4. Team management experience.
