Job Responsibilities:
● Build, manage and develop a team of dedicated sales professionals to continually improve team productivity.
● Analyze KPIs and ensure sales goals and targets are achieved.
● Empathetically identify and understand the needs of students, pair them with ideal tutor, organize trial sessions and close deals.
● Onboard new team members and develop individual competencies, by analyzing calls and processes, and giving open feedback
● Collaborate with your colleagues and bring new ideas to improve our product and internal processes
Job Requirements:
● Familiar with the U.S school system
● 5+ years of consumer sales management experience
● Prior sales leadership experience and leading/developing a team
● Proven track record of hitting sales goals and quotas
