职位描述:
Job Summary:
This is a newly created role to help supervise Kantar Retail’s client service team of eCommerce data and insights to ensure prompt delivery of service to our key clients to help them better optimize online business and strategy with online data and insights provided by us.

Job Responsibilities:
Client Service
• Provide value-added analysis and respond to special data requests
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within client organization
• Deliver high-quality work and drive client satisfaction by providing ongoing online insights and actionable recommendations during presentations and regular business reviews

Functional / Technical
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on the market trends and analytics skills
• Manage data quality issues by overseeing data inquiry process in collaboration with our data team
• Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility

职位要求:
• BA / BS Required
• At least 1 years FMCG (marketing / sales) or research-related industry experience desired
