• Work with different teams to optimize the existing customers’ base on cross selling as well as to solicit new customers to expand our business by working closely with our business partner
• Monitor the daily performance of business partner to ensure our business target is to be achieved
• Provide service to prospective customer on deal closing and after sales service
• Streamline work flow to increase channels’ productivity and shorten sales turnaround time, hence enhance customer experience, business opportunity and branding
• Answer enquires from business partner on Hong Kong insurance products before their customer arrive Hong Kong
• Explain details of insurance plan to business partner's customers after they arrive Hong Kong and sign insurance contract with customers.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in selling insurance or investment related products
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of insurance products, market trends and insurance operations
• Mature, proactive and able to work independently
• Excellent people skills to interact, influence and collaborate with business partner
• An outgoing personality with strong selling and presentation skills
• Fluent mandarin is a must
