KA Manager – Robotic Solutions, Automotive Industry--慕尼黑

This role is responsible for developing and managing key accounts in the European automotive sector (primarily covering the EMEA region) for robotic automation solutions. Target customers include automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, system integrators, and equipment manufacturers. As the primary interface between the client and the company, you will lead the entire sales process, drive business growth, and build long‑term strategic partnerships.

  • Identify, develop, and acquire new key accounts in the automotive industry, including end‑user manufacturers, production line builders, equipment manufacturers, and robotic system integrators.

  • Formulate and execute annual business plans for strategic accounts, defining growth strategies and targets, and ensuring sales goals are achieved.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification, solution development, and commercial negotiation to contract closure, covering the company’s full robotic product portfolio.

  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers at customer sites; conduct regular business reviews to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Understand customer needs in depth and collaborate with technical and sales teams to deliver customized robotic automation solutions.

  • Monitor automotive industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, providing actionable market intelligence to support strategic decision‑making.

  • Coordinate cross‑functionally with sales, service, and technical support teams to ensure timely and efficient responses to customer requirements.

  • Achieve assigned sales, collection, and profit targets, and continuously increase the company’s market share within the automotive segment.

职位要求:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Professional Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in key account management or sales, with at least 5 years specifically in the automotive industry or industrial automation/robotics.

    • Proven track record of selling technical equipment or solutions to automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers is highly preferred.

    • Familiarity with robotic applications in automotive manufacturing (e.g., welding, painting, assembly, material handling, etc.) and a strong sense of industry dynamics.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Ability to independently develop large accounts and sustain market growth.

    • Excellent customer relationship management and commercial negotiation skills.

    • Solid understanding of automation solutions; knowledge of automotive plant engineering processes is a plus.

    • Experience in managing complex B2B project sales.

    • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, with a strong drive for achievement and resilience under pressure.

  • Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in German or another major European language is an advantage.
