Reports to: Global Sales Head
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of Minth’s liquid cooling solutions (cold plates, CDUs, rack-level systems, etc.) to data center customers in the U.S. market.
Develop and maintain relationships with hyperscalers, cloud providers, AI/HPC clusters, and colocation operators.
Leverage existing customer connections to quickly identify opportunities, manage trials, and close contracts.
Gather market intelligence, track competitors, and relay customer feedback to internal product/engineering teams.
Achieve assigned revenue targets and provide regular sales pipeline updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering, Thermal Management, Business, or related field preferred).
5+ years of direct sales experience in data center thermal management or liquid cooling products – familiar with cold plate, immersion, or direct-to-chip cooling technologies.
Proven customer network in the U.S. data center space (hyperscalers, cloud vendors, colocation providers, etc.) with verifiable success cases.
Strong negotiation, communication, and self-starter mentality; able to work independently.
Fluent in English (working language); must have valid U.S. work authorization.
Willing to travel as needed.
Preferred (Plus):
Direct sales track record with top-tier customers like Google, Meta, AWS, Microsoft, etc.
Deep understanding of U.S. data center procurement processes and industry supply chain.
