Responsible for market expansion, customer development, sales management, and supply chain coordination of the company's core components in the SOFC and hydrogen energy sectors, driving rapid growth and industry positioning for the company's component business within the high-temperature fuel cell and hydrogen energy industry chain.

1. Business Development & Sales Management

  • Develop and execute annual sales plans and market strategies for SOFC and hydrogen energy component business, achieving sales and profit targets.

  • Identify and develop target customers globally, including SOFC stack/system integrators, electrolyzer manufacturers, hydrogen equipment companies, research institutes, and energy groups.

  • Establish and maintain key account relationships (OEM/ODM), deeply understand customer needs, and drive sample testing, technical alignment, and volume procurement.

  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract signing, payment collection, and after-sales coordination.

2. Market Insight & Product Strategy

  • Track policies, technology roadmaps (e.g., planar/tubular SOFC, high-temperature electrolysis SOEC), supply chain landscape, and competitive dynamics in the SOFC and hydrogen energy industries.

  • Collect customer requirements on component performance, lifespan, cost, and reliability, and collaborate with R&D/product teams to define product roadmaps and specifications.

  • Participate in industry exhibitions, technical forums, and industry alliances to enhance the company's brand recognition in the hydrogen energy component sector.

3. Supply Chain & Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with procurement and production teams to assess the feasibility of outsourcing or in-house production of components, optimizing the supply system and cost structure.

  • Support component selection, cost estimation, and technical clarification in major project bids.

  • Assist the quality department in establishing component testing standards and supplier audit mechanisms.

职位要求:

1. Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Materials, Electrochemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.

  • 10+ years of work experience in fuel cells (SOFC/PEMFC), hydrogen equipment, high-temperature components, or industrial ceramics/metallic interconnects.

  • 5+ years of experience in component sales, key account management, or business development; preference for candidates with proven sales performance in SOFC stacks or BOP components.

2. Industry & Product Knowledge

  • Understand the working principles, system architecture, and key components of SOFC (e.g., ceramic or metallic interconnects, sealing glass, reformer catalysts, heat exchangers, blowers, inverters, etc.), as well as their technical specifications and supply chains.

  • Familiar with the hydrogen energy industry chain (production, storage & transportation, utilization) and applications of SOFC in distributed power generation, combined heat and power (CHP), marine, data centers, and other scenarios.

  • Knowledge of component-related certifications such as ISO/TS, CE, UL is a plus.
