Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a KOREA C&I sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue and volume targets.
Business Development: Identify and close opportunities with industrial parks, large commercial buildings, data centers, EV charging stations, EPCs, developers, and system integrators.
Client Relationships: Build and nurture long‑term partnerships with C‑suite and technical decision‑makers; act as a trusted energy storage advisor.
Market Intelligence: Monitor federal/state policies, utility rate structures (demand charges, time‑of‑use), and competitor activities to refine pricing and go‑to‑market tactics.
Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and project delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction.
Experience: 8+ years in energy storage, solar + storage, or related clean energy sectors, with at least 5 years selling C&I storage solutions in KOREA.
Track Record: Proven ability to close multi‑million dollar BESS deals and develop a healthy pipeline of customers.
Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of KOREA. C&I customer pain points (demand charge management, backup power, sustainability goals) and familiarity with project financing models (PPA, lease, direct purchase).
Policy Acumen: Working knowledge of ITC eligibility, state incentive programs, and interconnection processes. Knowledge of FEOC compliance is a strong plus.
