职位定位

全面负责公司留学业务线的销售战略、团队管理与业绩增长,直接向总经理汇报,是公司业务增长的核心岗位。

主要职责

1. 根据公司整体战略,制定年度/季度销售目标、预算与渠道策略,并拆解至团队及个人;

2. 监控美国留学市场的动态与政策变化,及时调整打法,确保业绩达成。

3. 组建、培养并管理 4-5人留学顾问团队,建立 KPI、培训、考核与激励体系;

5. 搭建从获客、邀约、面谈、签约到转案的全流程 SOP,并持续优化关单话术、异议处理与客情维护;

6. 建立 CRM 数据仪表盘,实时跟踪转化率、客单价、退费率等核心指标,周度输出改进报告。

7. 协助开发并维护国际学校、语培机构、银行、高端社区等 B 端渠道,制定联合推广、讲座及展会计划;

8. 亲自或指导团队完成高净值家庭及企业高管的留学规划与签约

职位要求:

1. 本科及以上,美国留学背景优先。
2. 有5年以上留学或高端教育行业销售经验,其中 3 年以上团队管理经验;
3. 出色的 B2C 高客单关单能力
4. 数据驱动,熟练使用 CRM、BI 工具进行销售预测与复盘;
5. 优秀的领导力、抗压能力与跨部门协同能力;

6. 中英文流利,能以英文进行方案讲解与商务谈判
