In this role, you are expected to be responsible for:
1、Leading design and development activities for crash management systems and other structural parts projects from concept phase to SOP
2、Building the bridge between our R&D Center in China and European OEM’s in related topics
3、Research market technology trends and process innovations related to structural Aluminum parts
4、Leading innovation projects with both external and internal cooperation partners
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering,
industrial engineering
2. Respective experience within
in the automotive industry
3. Over 3 years R&D working experience in design and development of car
body structures, preferred in Crash-Management-Systems
4. Proficient in a CAD-System (preferred CATIA or Siemens NX)
4、Knowledge of Aluminum and related processes
5. Knowledge of body structures
6. Business fluent German and English required
7. Experience with FMEA and other quality management tools preferred
