Job Description

1. Be responsible for general management of country sites in key markets (Japan, Korea, Middle East, Russia, Spain ,France,Australia and Brazil)

2.Be responsible for the communication and coordination with core customers of various categories of e-business platform, and sort out and improve standardized and systematic industrial logistics solutions of businesses in the specific markets;

3. Have a deep understanding of industry solutions, and have the ability of logistics solutions, establish connections with key customers through different operation modes, and be able to do a good job in daily operation and maintenance of businesses;

4. Be able to understand the industry needs of customers, find problems, analyze the nature of problems through the data monitoring results of the whole service link, and have the ability to solve problems quickly;

5. Integrate resources across companies and departments, quickly implement logistics solutions and promote collaborative resources; solve problems with resources of various departments in a fast and efficient manner.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor / Master or MBA degree holder with at least 3-4 years working experience in logistics / supply chain industry;

2. Logistics related and logistics operation experience in the e-commerce industry is the best;

3. Be good at communicating with merchants and maintaining a good relationship, have strong organization and coordination ability, and have the ability of cross-department and cross-team cooperation;

4. Positive and optimistic, with good team spirit, can bring positive energy to the team.

5. Have good international perspectives and leadership potential. Able to accept international assignments or rotations and work under international context. 

6. Fluent English and Chinese. Japanese, Korean, Russian, French, Spanish or Portuguese will be a plus.
