  • Responsible for land market research and land projects acquisition in Southeast Asia;
  • Responsible for the collection and follow-up of market-related land information;
  • Research, project evaluation and feasibility analysis of preliminary market and target land;
  • Establish connection and communication with the land department, local land units and relevant departments of the local government;
  • Other development related work;
  • Responsible for the relevant preliminary procedures after land acquisition;
职位要求：
  • 5-10 years of land development work experience in large logistics or industrial estate;
  • Access to government and real estate resources in the area is preferred;
  • Passion for global BD is preferred;
  • Bachelor degree or above. Study / work experience of overseas or English related majors are preferred;
  • Local nationality is preferred. Ability to speak Chinese, Vietnamese, etc. and conduct basic business communication with foreigners;
  • Good analysis, judgment and development ability. Good at interpersonal communication and business collaboration;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and is able to adapt to the fast pace of Internet companies, long- term business trips, job transfers and other work arrangements.
