Location: Mlada Boleslav, Czech Republic
1. In charge of the recruitment task for Czech factory;
2. Works with line managers to define and update the recruiting needs / Job Description;
3. Develops and maintains recruitment channels to ensure the recruitment effectiveness and maximize recruiting efficiency;
4. Sources qualified individuals from different channels;
5. Screens resumes and conducts 1st interviews and assesses candidates;
6. Prepares interview report and evaluation report;
7. Shortlists candidates and recommends to hiring managers;
8. Develops talent assessment tool and improves recruitment process;
9. Provides hiring consultation to hiring managers;
10. Prepares hiring report for management review;
11. Other HR related responsibilities / projects once required.
1. At least 3 to 5 years recruiting experience in MNC; Experience in search firms is a plus
2. Fluent in English and Czech;
3. Good PC Skills, familiar with recruiting system and strong analysis capability
4. Good teamwork spirit, respect and value people;
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
6. Willing to take high initiative and extra responsibilities;
