  • Develop HR & Admin Policy for company & Staffs

  • Prepare Employment Offer, Contract & other HR-related documents when required &take necessary approval.

  • Update the daily files.

  • Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies.

  • Knowledge of GOSI, Labor Office, Muqeem & help company for Insurance.

  • Prepare and maintain reports weekly for the tasks completed or in progress.

  • Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions including  the arrival and deployment of the newly arrived worker.

  • Adhere to Labor laws, rules and regulations

  • Adhere to personal data privacy regulations

  • Manage daily administrative tasks

职位要求:
  • English can be used as working language, with good written and oral communication skills.
  • 2-4 year HR related working Experience.

  • Experienced in talent acquisition

  • Good reporting Skills

  • Be able to adapt to the fast changing environment and have the ability of innovation
