In this highly entrepreneurial environment, you will be responsible for marketing, sales (assisted by a Chinese consultant) and providing high quality education and college admissions consulting to high school students ranging from 9th to 11th grade. Being backed by a reputable brand in the field of education consulting, you are responsible for maintaining a high level of student satisfaction and personal brand assessed through an academic assessment.
This is a highly competitive position with extremely high pay. Each teacher will retain 70% of their program enrollment fees. You are free to decide on the number of students to take on each year ranging from 15 to 20 students ranging from 9 – 12th grade, reflecting the style of your work and volume you can personally handle. Senior teachers with more than four years of experience are expected to make between (800,000 RMB ($114,000 USD) to 1,500,000 RMB ($214,000 USD) per year), depending on your background. You have the comfort of controlling your own time and working mostly from the comfort of your own home. You will also be coupled with a Chinese Education consultant who will communicate with parents and troubleshoot when needed.
