The company is an international provider of consumer mobile phone.
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
1.This role is responsible for recruiting management and HR compliance of European Hub.
2.Responsible for end to end recruitment and onboarding management. Including management of headhunter and recruitment agency.
3.Support HRD in the management of HR compliance, especially in GDPR and other labor code related tasks, and improve the recruitment and onboard process in terms of complaint.
4.Other HR relevant tasks assigned by HRD.
1.Eligible to work in Germany without sponsorship.
2.3+ years of experience in recruitment or related HR areas, experience in Headhunter agency would be plus.
3.Good knowledge of GDPR and HR compliant, experience in Labor code area would be plus.
4.Fluent English and German, Chinese is a plus.but not essential.
5.Result oriented, proactive, team-worker,detail–focused, good pressure taker.
