Job description:
HR Recruiter:

We are seeking a HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process to deliver the best candidates at all levels across all disciplines at CGTN’s global headquarters in Beijing.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Source new candidates using all recruitment channels available to ensure resourcing targets are met.
2.Pre-screen and interview candidates, face-to-face or via Online Apps.
3.Help to manage a candidate pool in the recruiting life cycle.
4.Conduct responsible and thorough background checks on all potential new hires.
5.Use of a variety of interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates and identify exceptional ability.
6.Other HR Responsibilities as required.
Job requirement:

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Preferred Experience:
1. Undergraduate degree.
2. Minimum 5 years recruitment experience within the HR and Recruitment industry.
3. Fluency in English. Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese preferred.
4. Capability to communicate and engage stakeholders with solid recruitment advice.
5. Result-driven, be able to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
6. Experience in media industry is a plus.
