Client service and vendor management

Job Description
· Represent company to interact with client during projects to maintain and develop closer business relationship
· Moderate the discussion with clients about project plan, deliverables for stages, any other meetings about the projects
· Present reports or design solutions to the clients
· Source and guide vendors when needed
· Build and maintain sound relationship with clients and vendors
Job Requirement
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above in majors as below. Overseas experience preferred
· Design related. Industrial design, UI design, Visual communication design, Human centered design, service design, etc.
· Resarch related. Psychology, sociology, business/marketing, management, etc.
2. Work experience
· Minimum 2 years experience, ideally 3 years above
· Experience in well-known innovation, design, research, or consulting firms preferred
3. Capabilities and skills
· Be familiar with research and analytic tools
· Good skills in communication, logic and systematic thinking
· Good project communication skills
· Fluent both in Mandarin and English
4. Others
· Passionate in innovation, user research, design strategy
· Result-oriented, good professionalism
· Warm, open-minded, proactive
