Senior Scientist – Cell Culture Process Development

Job Description

• Familiar with cell culture all experimental operation details and operation process, and has solid theoretical foundation。
• Understand the biopharmaceutical r&d process and upstream and downstream related work contents of functional groups。
• lead the cell culture technology development projects, establishment of reasonable project technology development, the overall plan and program with Chinese and English report, project progress report and related declaration information in both English and Chinese writing and audit ability。
• Comprehensive control on the project technical level, the ability to deal with and solve technical problems independently, and shall be responsible for project the whole process of technology transfer。
• Technical level to be responsible for or dominant part of the development of cell culture technology development platform。
• understand biological products at home and abroad related reporting requirements, and have the ability to cooperate with the inspection in the process of project and other related work。
• Management is responsible for part of the laboratory management。

Job Requirement

• PhD degree and at least 4 years industry experience, or with MS degree and at least 8 years industry experience.
• and have strong expertise in process optimization, scale-up and technology transfer.
• Experience with medium optimization, DoE studies, regulatory submission to the FDA/EMEA
• personnel management is preferred.
• Key aspects of the position include coaching, mentoring and managing junior staff members, technical oversight of study design,
• execution and results interpretation.
