WuXi AppTec (Shanghai) is looking to recruit an experienced cell biologist to lead an in vitro screening team. The person will be responsible for cell biology and cell based screening at WuXi Biology Business Unit, including cell banking, SAR support, CRISPR and other cell biology studies, managing research projects for clients, and providing scientific and managerial guidance to a group of scientists. In addition, you will participate in cross-BU collaboration with colleagues in immunology,oncology, medicinal chemistry, DMPK, and genomics.

• Track record of success in cell biology research, in either academic or industrial setting.
• Supervisory experience and leadership quality.
• Daily project and team management is required
• Experience with CRISPR, cell signaling, and cell based screening.
• Strong sense of quality, timeline, and teamwork.
• Deep understanding and strong commitment for client service
• Teamwork

Basic Qualifications：
• PhD in biological sciences, preferably with a successful postdoctoral training.
• 2-3 years of relevant industrial experience.
• A strong publication record in biological research.
• Experience in experimental design and execution in industrial setting.
• Experience of a range of cell based assay technologies.
• Demonstrated communication skills
