1. Deeply understand hiring needs; partner closely with hiring managers and stake holders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
2. Successfully fulfil the international team's needs.
3. Identify, attract and close senior level candidates that aligned with hiring plans in business related roles .
4. Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources or related field, excellent English expression skills.
2. 4+ years' experience of relevant role in iconic internet companies preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all level s of the organization.
4. Experience closing senior and/or executive level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
