The New Development Bank is inviting applications for Young Professionals and Junior Professionals in the following areas
· Project Finance
· Treasury
· Finance, Budget and Accounting
· Economic Research and Analytics
· Risk
· Corporate Communications
· Compliance
· Legal
· Human Resources
· Strategy & Partnerships

The Young Professionals and Junior Professionals will be directly placed with the teams in the respective functions under the leadership and guidance of trained professionals. They are expected to make significant contributions towards the work programs of the respective functions while gaining a broad overview of the NDBs policies and procedures. Under the leadership and guidance of the trained professionals, they are expected to multitask and undertake “stretch assignments” while gaining valuable on-the-job experience.
The Young Professionals and Junior Professionals assigned to the Project Finance team may be required to travel in the member countries for project assignments or project missions.

Position requirements
· For Young professionals:
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience for applicants with Master’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant professional field from a reputed university or a professionally qualified accountant.
· For Junior professionals:
Less than 3 years of relevant professional experience for applicants with Master’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant professional field from a reputed university or a professionally qualified accountant.
· Applicants graduating in 2016 may also apply. Please note that applicants should be able to join the NDB by July 2016 after graduating.
· Exceptional problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills with high resilience and drive in achieving objectives and goals.
· High desire to challenge the status quo and bring in new ideas, innovation and approaches.
· Ability to work in a multi-cultural work environment fostering a climate of team work and collaboration.
