Mission & Main Tasks:


This position ensures the successful transition of Audi towards Digitalization in China with a focus on the connected retail strategy from online to offline and vice versa


Job Duties:


- Development of a connected retail strategy for Audi in China with a focus on e-commerce


- Development of a premium, digital O2O customer journey for China


- Coordinate the joint digitalization project work stream “Connected Retail” in cooperation with the JV partner and AUDI AG


- Coordinate the implementation of joint pilot projects in the area of connected retail between relevant stakeholders from JV, AUDI AG and external partners

Internal departments:


- Audi China: Brand Marketing & Digital Business, Business Innovation, Product Marketing, Strategy, R&D


- Audi AG: Sales&Marketing China, Sales Strategy/Digital Business, Retail Business Development
External departments:


- FAW-VW/ ASD: Interactive Marketing, CRM, Dealer Development etc.


- Agencies/consulting firms

职位要求:

Education:


- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Management, e-commerce/digital retail business or digital marketing
Professional Skills:


- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in retail, preferably online retail, digital marketing, sales, strategy and/or planning functions


- Professional experience and know-how in the fields of e-commerce and online retail


- Good understanding of IT solutions and applications for customers and retail users


- Advanced knowledge about the Chinese online business landscape and digital retail


- Experience in automotive industry preferred


- Experience in cross-department coordination and project management


- Proficient MS office skills, especially in powerpoint and excel
Personal Skills:

- Efficient time and excellent project management skills


- Good analytic thinking and strong problem solving


- Good communication skills


- Highly responsible person with pro-active working attitude


- High affinity towards digital and online


Language Skills:


- Fluent in Chinese and English
