Conduct
active & passive candidate searches to build candidate pipeline via cold
calling, social networking, data mining, resumes databases, job postings,
employee referrals, and career fairs.
2.
Responsible
for end to end recruitment life cycle from sourcing, interview scheduling,
selection, offers negotiation and issue offers.
3.
Extensive
experience in bulk hiring (volume hiring) and able to meet on boarding schedule
targets.
4.
Be
update with recruitment best practice, channel management activities, potential
use of new sourcing channels & techniques.
5.
Keep
close communication with biz lead and negotiate for appropriate hiring
solution.
Assisted in the establishment of Ukrainian site
and assisted the general manager in a series of preliminary work for the
preparation of site requirements:
1.
Bachelor's degree, with 3 years above hiring experience (in-house).
2.
Fluent English (confidence to communicate with foreigners).
3.
Experience in the Smart Vehicle industry and Tier 1 is preferred.
4. Demonstrated sound problem solving skills, communication skills, leadership skills and ability to work independently.
5. Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and be flexible in addressing needs
