Project management

· Plan schedule, resources, and budget for projects based on signed proposals
· Drive and manage the whole process to ensure projects finished within plan
· Coordinate all the resources, including vendors, clients, partners, and internal team members, to ensure projects go smoothly
· Report the project status periodically and assist the optimization of project management system

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above in majors as below. Overseas experience preferred
· Design related. Industrial design, UI design, Visual communication design, Human centered design, service design, etc.
· Resarch related. Psychology, sociology, business/marketing, management, etc.
2. Work experience
· Minimum 2 years experience, ideally 3 years above
· Experience in well-known innovation, design, research, or consulting firms preferred
3. Capabilities and skills
· Be familiar with research and analytic tools
· Good skills in communication, logic and systematic thinking
· Good project communication skills
· Fluent both in Mandarin and English
4. Others
