For our office in Beijing/ P.R. China we are looking for a:
BRAND CONSULTANT
Key Responsibilities Your major task will be to support our clients and us in planning and executing brand management and strategy projects:
• Planning and delivering complex and integrated branding/marketing projects and preparing (top management level) presentations in terms of brand/marketing strategies and concepts;
• Collaborating with other project team members to develop hypotheses, conducting and managing research and analysis, and formulating insightful and actionable recommendations for clients;
• Supporting project teams to drive superior results and insightful recommendations, and ensure the scope and profitability of the projects
• Supporting our clients in clearly and convincingly defining, delivering and measuring brand strategies (incl. digital and social media)
• Assisting senior level consultants with managing day to day aspects of client relationships and supporting our director in terms of account management;
• Supervising, guiding and educating of juniors, trainees and assistants on brand/marking strategy topics and how they can influence business and brand outcomes.

Position Requirements
• At least 3-4 years’ experience in consulting, brand and/or marketing management;
• Excellent client service skills with knowledge of branding/marketing concepts, tools and methods;
• A healthy mix of pragmatism and principles: Doing what’s needed, but fighting for what’s right;
• Strong oral and written communication skills with intellectual curiosity & interest in our clients and their markets;
• Ideally Chinese native with excellent English ability;
• International work/study experience is a plus.
