Employee Relations is a global team that assists managers and Business HR in dealing with employee issues and concerns including policy interpretation, investigations and compliance.
The Employee Relations Business Partner designs and administers proactive programs, procedures and plans related to employee relations activities. In this role, you will provide guidance and training to managers and employees on employee relations issues and investigate formal employee complaints. This role helps to improve ER efficiencies with metric-driven continuous improvement, and ensures that legal requirements are met in terms of employee relations to minimize exposure to liability.
• Provide coaching to managers and employees on a myriad of issues including:
- Attendance warnings
- Policy violations
- Performance management
- Leaves of absence
- Reasonable accommodations
• Provide focused training/on-the-job skill building to increase ER expertise
• Keep ER metrics monthly and review on a quarterly basis to assess where action can be taken to simplify a process, train managers, etc. in order to support a growing client base
• Conduct investigations and decision reviews
• Support ER projects/initiatives as needed
Bachelor or above degree.
