Responsibilities:
To teach English to students aged 3-18+, as well as prepare teaching materials, keep records of student's progress and develop new and interesting methods to help students progress.
• Must be a native English speaker with a Bachelor’s degree or above in any field.
• Must have one of (although more than one is particularly desirable, however; only one is necessary) the following: 2 years full time teaching experience (must be able to prove this work experience), a Bachelor’s degree in Education or be TEFL/TESOL certified.
• Must have a clean background check.
• Must be in good health (with a doctor’s certificate).

In accordance with the local market means that in a city where the purchasing power of every yuan is lower, salary will be higher to compensate for this. We require people who are interested in living and working in China for at least 1 year, teaching people from the ages of 3 to 18+. You can select from 1 of 2 different contracts, the first of which offers a standard salary for 4 days per week of work, in which you will be teaching for a total of 20 hours, have office hours for up to 3 hours a week and be expected to plan your own lessons. The second option yields an increased salary with the expectation that you teach 25 hours per week across 5 days, with 3 office hours and separate lesson planning time. Meetings are held when necessary, usually at the beginning of every month, as well as training seminars being held by your Foreign Teacher Manager (FTM).
