Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
Job Requirement
•To file the department related documents in a systematic order
•To assist the executive to update Business Recovery Plan and other paper works
•To handle incoming and outgoing correspondences and the document transfer between RBWM and other departments, send out facsimiles and distribute incoming ones in order.
•To attend to the incoming telephone calls to customers’ satisfaction
•To prepare the buy-smart order for RBWM, take charge of what received and deliver to related person.
•To handle ITT for counter
•To prepare daily and monthly reports for supervisor’s checking, and forward to FCD, AOC or SAFE
•To have a strong sense and skills to proactively refer potential customers to Customer Relationship Officer or Manager to support promotion strategies.
Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

•Bachelor degree holder (recognized by the state)
•General understanding of BKG Operations and retail products.
•Understanding of local rules and regulations.
•Good communication skills with internal/external customers
•Self disciplined, motivated and well-organized;
•Acceptable verbal and writing English.
